Roobuck Branding

Roobuck is a leading provider of cap lamps, safety signal lights, other explosion-proof
products and MineIoT solutions. They are also pioneers in cordless cap lamp technology with contracts for many of the worlds biggest mines including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Glencore, the Royal Australian Navy and Transport for NSW.

I was contacted to help with refreshing their brand and rolling out a cohesive design strategy for their multiple products. The original brief was to simply “refresh” their single product brochures and creating a suite of 20 icons to help illustrate the specific features and benefits of each item. The more products I worked on, the bigger the task became, with many products having different specifications than originally anticipated.

The end result included multiple web banners, 79+ custom icons, 5 infographics, 12 posters, 108 individual brochures and 20 catalogues for more than 40 countries across 5 continents, including different variations for metric and imperial measurements.
